MOROA's "REPORT TO CONGRESS"

In conjunction with the election cycle of the House of Representatives, Congress convenes in annual sessions. 

In January 2025, Congress began its 119th session. 

Beginning in 2009, Missouri ROA has published its biennial Report to Congress as part of our legislative advocacy program.

The Report, designed as a primer for issues pertinent to Missouri based Guard and Reserve components and reserve personnel, has been delivered to each member of Congress serving Missouri typically during the March time frame immediately following the seating of the Congress... either in visits to their Washington office or to their respective district/state office.
