MOROA STATE ANNUAL MEETING

The Executive Committee (EXCOM) of Missouri ROA conducts a state-wide annual meeting. 

This gathering is typically held in the April/May time frame with the specific date and location to be determined by the Meeting Committee.  Meeting locations have included Lake of the Ozarks/Osage Beach, MO; St. Louis, MO; Kansas City, MO; and the Branson/Springfield, MO areas. 

Due to scheduling conflicts, the 2026 Annual Meeting will be held Virtually on September 10, 2026 at 7:00pm (CDT)

PARTICIPATION IN THE MOROA ANNUAL MEETING IS OPEN TO ANY MEMBER OF ROA / INVITED GUEST  WHO IS PROPERLY REGISTERED WITH THE MEETING COMMITTEE.

The annual state meeting determines the posture of the Missouri Department for the upcoming National Meeting as well as the continuation or election of Department officers for the upcoming fiscal year.  All elected positions are for a two-year term with each service branch taking the lead role in an Army, Sea Service, and Air Force rotation.
